Short answer
A Dubai developer signing up brokerages can upload its agency agreement, send it to each agency's authorised signatory and get a sealed copy back, usually from a phone and with no account for the signer. Sign PDF handles the private agreements around a launch, such as broker agency agreements, commission terms and NDAs. Off-plan sales still register through the Dubai Land Department's own process.

Getting brokerages signed before a launch
A launch can involve dozens of agencies, and each one needs an agreement before its agents can sell. Printing, couriering and chasing wet signatures uses up the weeks you need for marketing.
Upload your agency agreement once as a PDF or Word file. The boxes for the brokerage and the developer are placed for you, and you send it to the signatory at each agency. They open the link on a phone, confirm a code from their email and sign. You countersign, and both sides get the same sealed PDF with a certificate of completion.
What belongs in Sign PDF, and what does not
Private agreements between you and a brokerage can be signed electronically under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021. Sale registration is different: it follows the Dubai Land Department's own process, and we do not connect to it.
- In Sign PDF: broker agency agreements, commission schedules, NDAs, marketing rules, amendments
- In the DLD's process: off-plan sale registration and anything the DLD requires in its own system
- Ask your lawyer or the DLD: whether a specific document can be signed electronically
Checking who you signed with
Before you appoint a brokerage, check its licence and the broker on the Dubai Land Department's public register. Then send the agreement to the person authorised to sign for the agency, not to whichever agent asked for it.
The certificate records the signer's verified email, IP address, device and the time of each step. It shows who signed, but it does not prove their authority to bind the company, so keep the trade licence or authorisation with your file.
What it costs
Prices are in US dollars. Most developers will want Full at $10 a month for unlimited documents, signing order, automatic reminders and templates, or $96 paid yearly. A document counts once it is sent, however many people sign it.
What we do not do yet
Each agreement is sent one at a time; there is no bulk send, broker portal or team seats yet, and we do not connect to the DLD or to CRM systems. We are not a UAE PASS or qualified signature provider. If you sign up hundreds of agencies a month, a larger platform may suit you better.
Questions people ask
Can brokerages sign an agency agreement on their phone?
Yes. The signatory opens the email link, confirms a six-digit code and signs in the browser. They do not need an account or an app.
Can both the brokerage and the developer sign?
Yes. You can set the order so the brokerage signs first and your authorised signatory countersigns. Both get the same sealed PDF.
Can I send the same agreement to many brokerages at once?
Not yet. You send each one separately, and templates on the Full plan save you setting it up each time. There is no bulk send.
Can I sign the off-plan sale registration here?
No. Sale registration follows the Dubai Land Department's own process. Use Sign PDF for the private agreements around it. This is not legal advice; check with the DLD or your lawyer.
Can agreements be signed in Arabic?
The signing pages and signer emails come in English or Arabic, chosen per document. The agreement itself stays in whatever language you upload.
Send your next broker agency agreement for signature
Upload it from your phone or laptop. The boxes go in the right places, your client signs on their phone, and you get a sealed copy back.
