Short answer
Dubai agents sign Forms A, B and F inside the Dubai Land Department system, and no outside tool replaces that. Sign PDF is for the rest of the deal: offer letters, viewing records, holding deposit receipts, tenancy contracts and addenda before Ejari, co-broker splits and handover checklists. Clients sign on their phone from an email link with a six-digit code, and you keep a sealed PDF with a certificate of who signed and when.

What has to go through the DLD, and what does not
Since 1 August 2017, Form A (seller to broker), Form B (buyer to broker) and Form F (the MOU between buyer and seller) have been created in the Dubai Land Department's online platform and accepted there. Trustee offices work from the DLD version of Form F, and the Trakheesi permit for a resale listing depends on an approved Form A. Do not try to sign these in Sign PDF or any other e-signature tool.
Everything around them is ordinary private paperwork, which Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 lets you sign electronically. That is most of what a working agent sends in a week.
- In the DLD system: Form A, Form B, Form F, Trakheesi permits, Ejari registration
- In Sign PDF: offer letters, holding deposits, viewing records, tenancy contracts and addenda before Ejari, co-broker splits, owner authorisations, handover checklists
- Through a notary or registered post: the landlord's 12-month notice to take a property back
Closing a rental before someone else does
In JVC or Dubai Marina a well-priced unit can go in an afternoon. Write the offer and holding deposit on one page, upload it from your phone, and send it to the tenant and the landlord. The tenant signs while you are still in the lobby; the landlord signs from London that evening. You have a dated, sealed record before the next agent's client has viewed it.
Then send the unified tenancy contract and your addendum the same way and upload the signed copy to Ejari. Remember that the owner, or a licensed management company, signs the tenancy; the DLD has said leasing brokers may not sign for the owner.
Viewing records and co-broker splits
Most commission disputes are about who introduced the buyer. A viewing sheet the buyer signs after each day of viewings, with the units and times, is the evidence that settles them. It takes the buyer thirty seconds on their phone.
When you share a deal with another agency, put the split in writing before the offer goes in. RERA's Form I is still used for this, but the DLD's current brokerage guide does not describe a system step for it, so it is a written agreement between two licensed brokerages. Each agent signs on their phone and both agencies keep the same sealed copy.
What it costs
Prices are in US dollars. Light is $5 a month for 2 sent documents; most agents will want Full at $10 a month for unlimited documents, signing order, automatic reminders and templates. Paid yearly, they are $48 and $96. A document counts once it is sent, however many people sign it.
What we do not do yet
Signing pages and signer emails come in English or Arabic, chosen per document. Links go by email, and you can send each one from your own WhatsApp with one tap. There are no team seats or broker oversight yet, and we do not connect to the DLD, Ejari, Trakheesi or CRM systems. We are not a UAE PASS or qualified signature provider.
Questions people ask
Can I sign Form F with Sign PDF?
No. Form F is created and accepted in the Dubai Land Department system and the trustee office uses that version. Use Sign PDF for the offer letters, deposit receipts and side documents around it.
Can tenants sign the unified tenancy contract online?
Yes. Upload the filled contract and addendum, send it to tenant and landlord, then upload the signed copy to Ejari. Owners who manage their own unit can also sign in Dubai Now with UAE PASS.
Do clients need an account or app?
No. They open the email link, confirm a six-digit code and sign in their phone or computer browser.
Is an e-signed offer letter valid in the UAE?
Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 recognises electronic signatures for private documents like offer letters. Documents that must go through the DLD follow its process. This is not legal advice; check with the DLD or your RERA trainer.
Can I send signing links by WhatsApp?
Yes, from your own WhatsApp. Each signer's link goes by email, and the document page has a Send on WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the link ready to send. With the email code switched on, they still confirm a code from their email before the document opens.
Send your next rental offer and holding deposit for signature
Upload it from your phone or laptop. The boxes go in the right places, your client signs on their phone, and you get a sealed copy back.
